5100 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
This document sets out the terms and conditions binding on all users of the 5100 platform. Please read carefully before registering or using any of our services.
Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
By accessing, registering for or using any part of the 5100 platform — including the website, online services and related applications — you agree to be fully bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any provision herein, you are not permitted to use our platform.
These terms apply to all users without exception, including visitors without a registered account. Continued use of the platform following any amendments to the terms will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
The 5100 platform is only for individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By registering, you confirm that you have reached the legal age required under Malaysian law to participate in online entertainment activities.
Account Creation and Security
Each user is only permitted to hold one registered account. You are required to provide accurate, truthful and current information during registration. Any false or misleading information may result in your account being suspended or terminated immediately without prior notice.
You are solely responsible for the security of your password and account login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. 5100 will never request your password via email or any other communication channel. If you suspect your account has been compromised, contact our support team immediately.
5100 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, particularly before processing withdrawals. This verification process is an industry standard to ensure security and compliance with applicable regulations.
Users found to be operating more than one account will have all associated accounts closed and any existing balances forfeited. Fraudulent activity, including the use of multiple accounts to manipulate promotions or bonuses, is strictly prohibited.
User Responsibilities and Platform Rules
As a 5100 user, you agree to comply with all rules and guidelines set out by the platform. Use of the platform is for personal entertainment purposes only. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in legal action being taken:
- Using automated software, bots or scripts to access or manipulate the platform
- Engaging in any form of fraud, forgery or game manipulation
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity
- Sharing account credentials or transferring your account balance to another party
- Disrupting or attacking the platform's technical infrastructure
- Abusing promotions or bonus offers in any unauthorised manner
5100 reserves the right to investigate any suspicious activity and take appropriate action, including suspending accounts, withholding withdrawals, or reporting to the relevant authorities.
Payment and Transaction Information
All transactions on the 5100 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Accepted deposit methods include FPX online banking, Touch 'n Go eWallet, and direct bank transfers via major Malaysian banks such as Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank and RHB. No hidden fees are charged for standard deposits, though some payment methods may apply their own processing charges.
Deposits are typically credited to your account instantly or within 15 minutes, depending on the method chosen. Withdrawals are processed within 1 to 24 working hours. Your first withdrawal requires full identity verification before it can be processed. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 and the maximum limits are subject to the platform's current policy, which may change from time to time.
Deposits that have been successfully credited cannot be reversed. Should any dispute arise regarding a transaction, users must contact the 5100 support team within 30 days of the transaction date and provide the relevant supporting documents. The platform reserves the right to make the final decision on any dispute based on its internal transaction records.
Liability Limits, Intellectual Property and Third-Party Links
5100 is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from the use of the platform — including service disruptions, technical failures or data loss beyond our reasonable control. 5100's maximum liability in any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the user in the 30 days preceding that claim.
5100 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time for reasons including: breach of these terms, suspicious activity, requests from legal authorities, or at the platform's discretion. For closures not related to fraud, any valid balance will be returned upon completion of the verification process within a reasonable timeframe.
All content on the 5100 platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, interfaces and software — is the exclusive property of 5100 or its respective licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, modify or use any of this content without prior written consent from 5100.
The 5100 platform may integrate third-party services such as game providers and payment gateways. 5100 is not responsible for the privacy policies, terms or content of any third party. Users are advised to review the relevant third-party terms of service separately.
Amendments to Terms and Applicable Law
5100 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes take effect as soon as they are published on our official website. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with Malaysian law. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through negotiation between the user and 5100 shall be referred to a court of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia.
